My Background & What Brought Me Here
I grew up in Omaha, NE and attended college in the Siouxland area at Morningside College, now known as Morningside University. I graduated in May of 2021 from Morningside, where I majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and minors in Sports Management and Marketing as well as receiving an Iowa Coaching Endorsement. During my college experience I was active on campus in a variety of clubs with different leadership positions, I was an athlete, and completed a couple of internships working with youth.
Why I Chose this Profession
I am looking forward to growing as a young professional and this position came at the perfect time in my life to achieve this goal. I am a very personable, analytical, and positive person. I believe that these qualities are going to help me be successful in this role.
Something Unique and Different About Me
As I said above, I was a college athlete, I was a part of Morningside’s swim team. I swam distance freestyle events, and the mile was my favorite event to race. I love the sport and striving to be the best teammate, swimmer, friend, and person that I could be every day. I would love to coach a swim team and can see myself thriving at any team level.
Outside of Work I’m Most Passionate About
My faith, swimming, kids, and mental health advocacy are a few of the things in my life I am the most passionate about and could talk for hours about.
When Not in the Office, Look for Me…
Spending time with my family and friends. I really value quality time with the people I love and building intentional relationships. You can also tend to find me watching Grey’s Anatomy, swimming, or cheering on my friends/siblings at their sporting events.
